Falcon Pasta / Cookies Maker
- 450g Flour / 450g Tepung Gandum
- 200g Halwa Kundur
- 100g Sesame Seed / 100g Bijan (digoreng)
- 100g Icing Sugar / 100g Gula Icing
- 250g Vegetable Oil / 250g Minyak Sayuran
- ½ tsp Salt / ½ tsp Garam
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce / 1 tbsp Kicap Pekat
- 1 tbsp Garlic / 1 tbsp Bawang Putih
- 80g Butter / 80g Mentega
- 1 tbsp Maltos / 1 tbsp Maltos
- 1 tsp Baking Powder / 1 tsp Serbuk Penaik
- ½ tsp White Pepper / ½ tsp Lada Putih
- 20g Hot Water / 20g Air Panas
- 1 tsp Serbuk Rempah Ratus / 1 tsp Spice Powder
- 2 Tofu / 2 ketul Tauhu
- Add egg yolk and essence vanilla and mix well
- Put flour into the mixing bowl and push “mix”in 10 seconds and press the “Off”
- Add the cornstarch and castor sugar in a bowl and mix again.
- add butter and mix well
- Put the egg mixed in vanilla into the dough and mix well.
- Push the “Off” button and push the “Extruded”to put out the dough.
- Put on the tray and cut with a dough knife.
- Then place the pineapple jam on the dough.
