Ingredients
100ml Coconut milk ( add 150ml water) / 100ml Santan Kotak (campur air 150ml)
1 ¼ tsp Salt / 1 ¼ Garam
1 tbsp Ajinamoto / Sugar
250g Muruku Flour / 250g Tepung Muruku
250g Glutious Rice Glour / 250g Tepung Pulut
1 tbsp Fennel / 1 tbsp Jintan Manis
50 – 80g Sesame Seed / 50 – 80g Bijan
1 tbsp Jemuju
1 tbsp Cumin Seed / 1 tbsp Jintan Putih
1 tbsp Chilie Powder / 1 tbsp Serbuk Cili
2 Eggs / 2 biji Telur
2/3 tbsp Butter / 2/3 tbsp Mentega
Steps
Add egg yolk and essence vanilla and mix well
