Muruku Ikan Bilis
Ingredients
450g Muruku Flour / 450g Tepung Muruku
3 tbsp anchovies / 3 tbsp Ikan Bilis
1 Egg / 1 Biji Telur
4 pcs Garlics / 4 Ulas Bawang Putih
2 tbsp Chili Powder / 2 tbsp Serbuk Cili
1 tbsp Cumin Seed / 1 tbsp Jintan Putih
1 tbsp Fennel Seed / 1 tbsp Jintan Manis
200ml Water / 200ml Air
Steps
Add egg yolk and essence vanilla and mix well
Put flour into the mixing bowl and push “
