500g Bread Flour / 500g Tepung Roti
50g Butter / 50g Mentega
30g Shortening
4 tbsp Fine Sugar / 4 tbsp Gula Halus
2 Eggs / 2 Biji Telur
3 tbsp Icing Sugar / 3 tbsp Gula Icing
4 tbsp Milk Flour / 4 tbsp Susu Tepung
2 tbsp Yeast / 2 tbsp Yis
250ml Warm Water / 250ml Air Suam
Steps
Add egg yolk and essence vanilla and mix well
Put flour into the mixing bowl and push “
